Damon, a 7th-grade student in Mrs. Ellington's Digital Arts Class for the 2020-2021 School year at KMS has been selected for Artist of the Month for December! Damon has gone above and beyond during our second quarter! His hard work and dedication to completing his work to display a high level of craftsmanship is what made Damon the recipient of Mrs. Ellington's Artist of the Month! I asked Damon a few questions once he found out that he is being recognized as Mrs. Ellington's Artist of the Month as well as a little bit about him! "My favorite part about digital art has been the warm-up activities and the live classes!" Damon said. I also asked Damon what inspires him to make art and express creativity! His response was "The colors of the things that I see around me fuels my creativity!"
